Members are encouraged to develop a programme covering a variety of topics, which will assist them in providing a professional service to both the Management and employees of their respective organisations.

The Association provides an open forum for the discussion of Personnel and Development matters and encourages a standard of professionalism by:


 

  • Providing the opportunity to keep up to date with changing employment legislation.
  • Creating a support network between member companies.
  • Providing meetings, seminars and training on topics of interest to the members.
